What brought you to Mohawk College?
I got to Mohawk college pandemic through using OSDP but before going to college, I had to go through being exchange to other school and then I waited out the pandemic but it was all worth it in the end because I've managed to make it.
Tell us about your favourite Mohawk experience?
It was quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed eating lot of food and talking to a lot of people and walking around campus was the most relaxing thing I've ever done. Overall, a very peaceful experience.
What impact has Mohawk had on your life?
My life was so hard when I was in high school. So, when I was coming to Mohawk it was going to be a fresh new start of my life, and full of job opportunity for the future. It all started when I first arrived at Mohawk College where I met the teachers who have taught me the values of handwork, leadership and most importantly compassion. So overall Mohawk College has taught me many things and I changed for the better.
What are you up to now?
Well I'm currently participating in the DSO housing and technology course and I'm also getting a job at the retirement home so I can help the senior citizens with their medication and hygiene and also practicing medical assistant for senior citizens so they are healthy alive and happy, that's more than enough to put a smile on my face.
