What brought you to Mohawk College?
Mohawk College has a great reputation with different program offerings and a high employment rate. The Chemical Engineering Technology program was highly regarded in the workforce and hands-on experience with the Co-op program was a plus.
Tell us about your favourite Mohawk experience?
Being an ambassador for Mohawk College representing the Chemical Engineering department and taking part in the calendar photo shoot along with taking part in the BASEF events as a chaperone for the kids from high school and middle school.
What impact has Mohawk had on your life?
It had a direct impact on my success. Not only did it equip me with the knowledge and hands-on experience... but also leadership and teamwork as an executive in the Chemical Engineering student association.
What are you up to now?
Currently, I am a production scheduler and purchaser at Whitebird/Moyy. Aside from planning our manufacturing facility and managing inventory across the company... I am part of a team representing different departments that take part in discussing and formalizing the daily, weekly, and monthly demands and expectations.
